Do we get a tax invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice with VAT every month, one per site for all your units there.
What do we need to book?
Your trade licence and the Emirates ID of the person signing.
Can you load and unload for us?
Yes. Loading, unloading and forklift access are available for a fee. Ask us for a quote.
We have pallets. How much space do we need?
A 100 sq ft room takes about 4 to 6 standard pallets on the floor; a 300 sq ft hall about 15 to 20. Send us the count and their height and we’ll suggest the size.
Is the price per month?
Per month, plus 5% VAT, with a tax invoice. Pay for 6 or 12 months together and we give you a discount.
Can staff from our company come in?
Yes, the people you name. Mon–Sat 9 AM–6 PM, Sunday closed.
Do you have anything bigger than a hall?
Yes: two units side by side, or an open area quoted for your stock. Ask us.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Most rooms are not. A few rooms are climate-controlled; ask us which ones are free.
