What needs climate control
Worth a climate-controlled room
- Electronics, cameras and filming equipment
- Musical instruments
- Artwork, photographs and paper archives
- Leather, fine wood and antiques
- Medicines, cosmetics and anything with a storage temperature on the label
Usually fine in a standard room
- Most household furniture, well wrapped
- Boxes of clothes, books and kitchen things
- Tools, garden and sports equipment
- Business stock packed in cartons
In a standard room
Protecting things in a standard room
- Use breathable covers; plastic wrap traps moisture against wood and leather.
- Raise everything off the floor on pallets or boards.
- Add moisture absorbers or silica gel to boxes of clothes and papers.
- Keep electronics in their original boxes, with batteries taken out.
- Visit now and then: Mon–Sat 9 AM–6 PM, Sunday closed.

Are all your rooms climate-controlled?
No. Most rooms are not air-conditioned; a few are climate-controlled. Ask us which ones are free.
Can I see a climate-controlled room first?
Yes. Visit us Mon–Sat, 9 AM to 6 PM, or ask on WhatsApp and we'll send you a video.
Can I join a waiting list?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll tell you first when one is free.
Is the price per month or per year?
Per month, plus 5% VAT. Pay for 6 or 12 months together and we give you a discount: ask us for the exact price.
