Most people store with us between two homes: when the old lease ends before the new one starts, during a renovation, or while they’re away for the summer.
- A few days or weeks: we rent by the day and the week too. Message us your dates.
- A few months: monthly plans renew by themselves; tell us one week before you leave.
- Six months or more: pay 6 or 12 months together and we give you a discount.

Pickup and moving help
We can arrange a van and helpers to collect your things and bring them to your room. Tell us your area and roughly what you have on WhatsApp, and we’ll send the price with your storage quote. Prefer to bring it yourself? Both sites have space to unload.
Packing tips for furniture in the UAE heat
- Wrap wood and leather in breathable covers or old sheets; plastic wrap traps moisture.
- Take legs off tables and beds, and keep the screws in a labelled bag taped to the piece.
- Stand mattresses and sofas on their sides, raised on pallets or boards.
- Leave fridges and washing machines clean, dry and slightly open.
- Heavy boxes at the bottom, a path down the middle so you can reach things.

Questions people ask us
Can you collect my things?
Yes, we can arrange pickup. Tell us your area and what you’re storing on WhatsApp, and we’ll send you the price.
I only need it for a few days or weeks.
That’s fine: we also rent by the day and the week. Message us your dates and we’ll book it for you.
Is the price per month or per year?
Per month, plus 5% VAT. Pay for 6 or 12 months together and we give you a discount: ask us for the exact price.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Most rooms are not. A few rooms are climate-controlled; ask us which ones are free.
When can I get to my things?
Mon–Sat 9 AM–6 PM, Sunday closed. Come any time in those hours, as often as you like.
What do I need to book?
Your name, mobile number and Emirates ID. A business needs its trade licence and the Emirates ID of the person signing.
What can't I store?
Food, anything flammable or hazardous, living things and anything illegal. If you’re unsure about something, ask us first.
