This policy explains what Green Sky collects when you use greensky.ae, book storage or other services with us, or message us, why we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- When you ask us something: your name, mobile number, email and what you tell us you need, from a form on this site, a call, an email or WhatsApp.
- When you book: your name, mobile, email, address, your Emirates ID or, for a business, its trade licence and the signer's Emirates ID, your signature on the agreement, and your bookings, invoices and payments. Card details are typed on the payment provider's page; we don't see or keep the card number.
- On WhatsApp: your number, your name on WhatsApp and the messages and files you send us.
- When you visit this site: the pages you open, your device and browser, an approximate location from your internet address, and how you arrived (for example the ad you clicked), through cookies and similar tools described below.
Why we use it
- To answer you, quote, hold a room, prepare and sign your agreement, invoice you and take payments.
- To send what the booking needs: reminders before a hold or invoice runs out, receipts and notices about your room.
- To keep the business and tax records UAE law requires, such as tax invoices.
- To see which pages and ads work, and fix pages that don't.
- To tell you about offers, only where you agreed to it; you can stop these at any time.
Cookie policy
Needed for the site: the site uses its own small files to remember your city, your cookie choice, the room you last picked (for 14 days, so we can tell you if it's still free) and the ad that brought you, for that visit. Measurement and advertising: through Google Tag Manager it can also load Google Analytics and Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Snap pixels, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used so we can fix them.
If you visit from the European Union, the wider EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these measurement and advertising tools stay off until you press Accept, and you can say no. Anywhere else you can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site and booking still work.
Who we share it with
- Payment providers, to take card, Tabby and other online payments.
- Partner movers, couriers, shipping lines and customs, only for the job you asked us to do.
- Meta, which runs WhatsApp, for our chats with you.
- The companies that host our systems, send our emails and messages, and provide the tools above, under their own data terms.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell, rent or lease your personal details to third parties. Card details are not stored by us and not passed to third parties: you type them on the payment provider's page.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for the service you asked for, and afterwards for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business and tax records. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted when we no longer need them.
Keeping it safe
Only staff who need your details for their work can see them, through accounts with their own sign-in. Documents you upload are stored privately and opened only through our systems. We take appropriate steps to keep your details private and secure, but we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
Other websites
Our pages link to other websites, such as maps, WhatsApp and payment pages. The merchant is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links: if you give them your details, contact them about how they use them.
Your choices
- Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct them, or to delete them where the law allows.
- Stop marketing messages at any time: reply STOP or tell us.
- Change your cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Write to info@greensky.ae and we reply within a reasonable time under UAE data protection law.
Changes
We may change this policy and our terms. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted, and we update the date at the top of this page.
