Bring your Emirates ID and your things, and your own padlock or buy one from us at the site. We can arrange pickup.

Is the price per month or per year?
Per month, plus 5% VAT. Pay ahead and pay less a month: 6 months for 5% off and 12 months for 10% off. The lower price is shown beside every size.
Is there anything smaller than a room?
Yes. Our lockers are 1 × 1 × 1 m (about 11 sq ft), enough for a few boxes or two suitcases, from AED 150 a month.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Most rooms are not. A few rooms are climate-controlled; ask us which ones are free.
When can I get to my things?
Mon–Sat 9 AM–6 PM, Sunday closed. Come any time in those hours, as often as you like.

Is there a minimum stay?
No. Monthly plans renew by themselves; to leave, tell us one week before the next month starts. We also rent by the day and the week.
Do I pay a deposit?
No. You pay the first month to start.
What do I need to book?
Your name, mobile number and Emirates ID. A business needs its trade licence and the Emirates ID of the person signing.
Can I see the room first?
Yes. Visit us Mon–Sat, 9 AM to 6 PM, or ask on WhatsApp and we'll send you a video.
Can you collect my things?
Yes, we can arrange pickup. Tell us your area and what you're storing on WhatsApp, and we'll send you the price.
How do I pay?
By card online, or at the desk by bank transfer, cash or cheque. You get a tax invoice every month.
What can't I store?
Food, anything flammable or hazardous, living things and anything illegal. If you're unsure about something, ask us first.
Are my things insured?
Your things stay yours and at your risk, so we ask you to insure them for their full value with your own insurer. We accept your insurer's certificate, and our liability is limited to AED 5,000 per unit. Our insurance page explains how.
